Opinion
This is one of two consolidated suits arising out of an automobile accident which occurred October 31, 1962 on Louisiana Highway No. 1 in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. For the reasons assigned in Fulgium v. Lamb, 179 So.2d 676, this day decided, the demands of the plaintiff herein, Mrs. Joyce F. Lamb, are rejected and the judgment of the trial court is affirmed at appellant’s cost.
