Proceeding pursuant to section 298 of the Executive Law to review an order of the State Human Rights Appeal Board dated August 15, 1974, which affirmed an order of the State Division of Human Rights dismissing petitioner’s complaint. Determination confirmed and petition dismissed, without costs (see Matter of Jwayyed v. New York Tel. Go., 42 A D 2d 663). Herlihy, P. J., Sweeney, Kane, Main and Reynolds, JJ., concur.
