CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Because of the State’s proper confession of error, the trial court’s order withholding adjudication of guilt and imposing sentence is hereby reversed and this cause is remanded with directions to grant defendant’s motion to dismiss.

Reversed and remanded with direction.
