Opinion
The petition for writ of certiorari is granted and the order disqualifying counsel for petitioner is quashed. See Pascucci v. Pascucci, 679 So.2d 1311 (Fla. 4th DCA 1996). This is without prejudice to respondent’s filing a renewed motion to disqualify should new information develop which has not been presented to the trial court.
