Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of appellants response to the Courts order of July 6, 2012, the Court has determined that the notice of appeal failed to timely invoke its jurisdiction to review the judgment and sentence, rendered by the lower tribunal on July 11, 2011. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
