FORET, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case of Fruge v. State, DOTD, 536 So.2d 745 (La.App. 3 Cir.1988), in which a separate opinion is being rendered this date, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

Costs of this appeal are to be divided equally between the LaCour and Fruge appellants.

AFFIRMED.
