After Remand from the Supreme Court

MONROE, Judge.

The prior judgment of this court has been reversed by the Supreme Court of Alabama. In compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion in Ex parte La-Coste, 733 So.2d 889 (Ala.1998), the judgment of the trial court is reversed. This ease is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
