Lawrence, J.

In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise consists of steel in strips, more than five one-hundredths of 1 inch in thickness and less than one-quarter of 1 inch in thickness and less than 16 inches in width, the same in all material respects as that involved in Abstract 58580, the claim of the plaintiffs was sustained.
