Kripendorf Dittman & Co. v. Tressell
52 Ohio St. (N.S.) 618
Opinion
It appearing from the record that one of the g'rounds of the circuit court for reversing the judgment of the court of common pleas was, that that court erred in overruling a motion for a new trial for the reason that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence and the law, the judgment of the circuit court is hereby affirmed, this court not passing upon other questions of alleged error raised on the record.
