In an action inter alia for an accounting, defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 2, 1976, which denied their motion to strike the case from the Equity Calendar and to compel acceptance of a jury demand. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements (see Compact Electra Corp. v Connell, 46 AD2d 649). Cohalan, Acting P. J., Rabin, Shapiro and O’Connor, JJ., concur.
