Order unanimously modified so as to allow United Air Lines to give the substance of the oral agreement; to eliminate provisions requiring that items be set forth “specifically and in detail”; to eliminate items 3 and 6, inclusive, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 26 and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. No opinion. Settle order on notice. Present — Glennon, J. P., Dore, Cohn, Callahan and Shientag, JJ.
