Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the award of attorney’s fees entered in favor of Barnett Bank of South Florida, N.A., and against William Kramer, as personal representative of the Estate of James J. Kramer. Klein v. Layne, Inc., of [529]*529Florida, 453 So.2d 203 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984). We affirm in all other respects.

Affirmed in part; reversed in part.
