On the court’s own motion, plaintiffs’ appeal taken as of right pursuant to CPLR 5601 (subd [d]) dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that the Appellate Division order, entered February 27,1978 [61 AD2d 835], sought to be reviewed does not necessarily affect the final order appealed from.
