Order granting defendant’s motion to adopt the pleadings and bill of particulars filed in the United States District Court and directing that, in so far as they relate to the third cause of action contained in the complaint herein, the certified copies thereof be considered as originals, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Kapper, Hagarty, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur.
