Opinion

. In a separation action by a wife against her husband, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 6, 1960, which allows a counsel fee of $500 and alimony pendente lite of $60 a week, plus the tuition and other charges of a parochial school attended by the parties’ child. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Beldock, Acting, P. J., Ughetta, Kleinfeid, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
