Action for damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff, a passenger in appellant’s car, as a consequence of it being overturned following a negligent turning of the car from one lane of traffic into another. Judgment for the plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
