Present — Dore, J. P., Cohn, Callahan, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.; Cohn, J., dissents and votes to affirm the judgment, so far as appealed from, upon the ground that there was ample evidence in the record to sustain the findings of the jury that the defendant husband had purchased the “ natural silva-blue platinum mink coat ” for his wife and had agreed to pay $12,500 therefor, and upon the further ground that the claimed erroneous rulings were harmless. Settle order on notice.
