PER CURIAM.

We treat the Department of Correction’s amended response as a concession of error that petitioner is not serving a life sentence. We therefore grant the petition for writ of certiorari, quash the circuit court’s order dismissing the petition for writ of mandamus, and remand for further proceedings.
