We deny the petition for writ of common law certiorari upon the authority of Kirsch Holding Co. v. G.C.L. Development Corp., 453 So.2d 453 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984) and Lindsey v. Sherman, 402 So.2d 1349 (Fla. 4th DCA 1981).

DENIED.
