In an action for broker’s commissions, defendants Abrams appeal from an order denying their motion to dismiss the amended complaint for insufficiency. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Adel, Acting P. J., Wenzel, Schmidt, Beldock and Murphy, JJ., concur.
