Opinion

FRANK, Judge.

David and Harriette Kirk appeal from a final order which dismissed a claim of slander of title from their amended complaint filed against Gulfstar Development Corporation. The Kirks argue that the trial court’s consideration of Gulfstar’s motion to dismiss went beyond the four corners of the amended complaint. We agree, quash the order, and remand for further proceedings. See Lowery v. Lowery, 654 So.2d 1218 (Fla. 2d DCA 1995).

SCHOONOVER, A.C.J., and QUINCE, J., concur.
