HAWKINS, J.

Conviction is for misdemean- or theft; punishment being a fine of $25 and one day’s confinement in jail. The offense is sufficiently charged in the information. No statement of facts nor bills of exception appearing in the record, nothing is presented for review, and the judgment is affirmed.
