.—The Justice’s certificate is conclusive, and the Court will not look beyond it—this is a point that has been long decided.—The last term the case of Allen and Jones came up by appeal on pleas of abatement [10]*10—it was the same question—and the Court then expressed their surprise that the lower courts were not acquainted with a point in practice so fully settled. —
