In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte King, 547 So.2d 579 (Ala.1989), this cause is reversed and remanded to the circuit [582] court for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
