AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Presiding Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte King, 547 So.2d 579 (Ala.1989), this cause is reversed and remanded to the circuit [582]*582court for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
