Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This court treats this appeal in the nature of a Habeas Corpus petition for a belated appeal, said appeal having been frustrated or thwarted by a state official, to wit: The Public Defender, and having carefully considered the record and briefs, it is our considered opinion, that no error appears. The Order appealed from is therefore affirmed and the conviction and sentence affirmed.

SPECTOR, C. J., and WIGGINTON and JOHNSON, JJ., concur.
