This is an appeal from an order denying appellant’s petition for writ of habeas corpus. The facts and circumstances are substantially identical with those stated in the decision of this court filed this date in the case of Zuniga v. State of Florida, 184 So.2d 659, wherein the order of the trial court was affirmed; and on the authority [662]*662of said decision the order appealed in this case is also
