Judgment affirmed.

Burket, C. J., Spear and Price, JJ., concur on the ground that there is no error in the judgment below, and all concur in the judgment of affirmance on the ground that there is no compliance with that part of Section 6711, Revised Statutes, which requires so much of the record to be reviewed as will show the error complained of, to be printed.
