Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellant appeals a summary final judgment of foreclosure in favor of appellee. We reverse and remand solely for recalculation of damages to accurately reflect payments appellant made to appellee during the pendency of the foreclosure proceedings. We find no merit in the other issues raised on appeal and affirm as to those issues.

Affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded for recalculation of damages.

STEVENSON, CIKLIN and LEVINE, JJ., concur.
