PETERS, Judge.

For the reasons stated in the companion ease of Diane Arthur v. Zapata Haynie Corporation, et al., 95-956 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1/22/97); 690 So.2d 86, in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed to the plaintiffs-appellants.

AFFIRMED.
