Opinion

Upon Considering the motion of Mr. Ellery Council for the Defendant, It is Ordered that the Defendants Council have a Copy of the Masters Report, and that if he makes any Exceptions to the said Report, that he file them on Tuesday next.

It is also ordered that on Thursday next being the 29th day of February be appointed for finishing this Cause.
