Opinion

By the Court.

The written agreement must be taken to be the complete expression of the intent of .the parties. The oral evidence offered went to show that at the same interview,, immediately after the delivery of the writing, and as part of the same transaction, the parties agreed upon a substitute for one of its terms. It was therefore rightly rejected.

Exceptions overruled.
