Opinion

Order reversed on the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with ten dollars costs, on the ground that the cause of action arose in the county of Washington, and the convenience of material witnesses and the ends of justice will be promoted by changing the place of trial from the county of Albany to the county of Washington. All concur. Van Kirk, P. J., not sitting.
