Writ denied. The intervenor makes application to this Court for writs from the Court of Appeal judgment handed down on November 8, 1977. This Court denied the application of the plaintiff, Nat G. Kiefer, on November 9, 1977. The present applicant is likewise not entitled to the relief sought. 351 So.2d 1216.
