In re: Bob Anderson and Capital City Press applying for writ of certiorari and for Stay Order.
Writ denied. We cannot say that the trial court committed palpable error in finding there to be an issue of material fact in dispute, and this Court will not exercise its supervisory jurisdiction under the circumstances.
