Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on November 24, 1972, unanimously affirmed. Respondents shall recover of appellant $40 costs and disbursements of this appeal. (See Matter of Willard Alexander, Inc. [Glasser], 31 N Y 2d 270.) The stay granted by order of this court entered on January 9, 1973 is vacated. No opinion.
