Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the trial court’s entry of final summary judgment in favor of appellees. Genuine issues of material fact remain as to whether appellees knew or should have known of the presence of snakes in the vicinity of the walkway. R.J. Wamser v. City of St. Petersburg, 339 So.2d 244 (Fla. 2d DCA 1976).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

DOWNEY, WALDEN and GUNTHER, JJ., concur.
