Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellants contend that the trial court erred when it entered summary judgment in favor of appellees. We agree and reverse. Appellees have failed to carry their burden of demonstrating the complete absence of any genuine issue of material fact. Holl v. Talcott, 191 So.2d 40 (Fla.1966).

REVERSED and REMANDED.

DOWNEY, ANSTEAD and DELL, JJ., concur.
