We have just ruled upon that. It must specify the machine.

We overrule the demurrer to the first count, and sustain the demurrers to the third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh counts.

At the election of the plaintiff’s counsel judgment of respondeat ouster is entered, leave being given defendant to amend.
