Opinion

Decided that where parties have entered into a corrupt agreement in violation of a statute, or which is contrary to good morals, etc., this court will not interfere for the relief of either party, but will leave them to their legal remedies or defenses, if they have any. Decision of the vice-chancellor affirmed, with costs, except that bill is to be dismissed, without prejudice, etc.
