UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT

No. 05-7885

RAMONE ANTONIO KENAN,

Petitioner - Appellant,

versus

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT,

Respondent - Appellee.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, at Martinsburg. W. Craig Broadwater, District Judge. (CA-04-144-1)

Submitted: June 22, 2006 Decided: June 26, 2006

Before NIEMEYER, MICHAEL, and GREGORY, Circuit Judges.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Ramone Antonio Kenan, Appellant Pro Se.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. See Local Rule 36(c). PER CURIAM:

Ramone Antonio Kenan, a federal prisoner, appeals the

district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the

magistrate judge and denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (2000)

petition. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible

error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the

district court. Kenan v. United States Gov’t, No. CA-04-144-1

(N.D.W. Va. July 25, 2005). We dispense with oral argument because

the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the

materials before the court and argument would not aid the

decisional process.
