On the call of the calendar, appeal dismissed and stay heretofore granted by order of this court, dated November 7, 1960, vacated; there being no appearance for appellants and appellants having failed to comply with said order, requiring them to perfect their appeal for the January 1961 Term. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Kleinfeld, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
