Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellant challenges that portion of the final judgment of paternity that changed her child’s surname from Kelly to Myers. We conclude that this case is controlled by our decision in McKay v. Haikey, 860 So.2d 1046 (Fla. 5th DCA 2003), and accordingly reverse that portion of the judgment that effected the name change and remand this cause with directions that the child’s surname be restored to Kelly.

REVERSED and REMANDED.

SAWAYA, ORFINGER and TORPY, JJ., concur.
