Opinion
Action for damages for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff wife as a consequence of a fall in defendant’s store, due to the presence of oil on the floor. Companion action by the plaintiff husband for expenses and loss of services. Judgment for the plaintiffs unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.
