Requisition of vessel. Just compensation.

On an offer of the plaintiff to compromise, which offer was accepted by the Attorney General, and a stipulation by the parties, and a report of a commissioner of the court recommending judgment in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment be entered for the plaintiff in the sum of $45,000 with interest at 3 percent per annum from July 12, 1942, to date of payment as a part of just compensation.
