Opinion

Judgment in favor of defendant Erie Railroad Company and order affirmed, with costs; judgment in favor of defendant Crans reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellants to abide the event, on the ground that the finding of the jury as to the freedom of defendant Crans from negligence and the findings relating to contributory negligence of the plaintiffs are against the weight of the evidence. All concur.
