In re Shoney’s Inc.; — Defendants); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “K”, No. 87-7358; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 91CW-1028.

Granted. Judgment of the trial court overruling Shoney’s exception of improper venue is reversed. Exception of improper venue is sustained. Case transferred to the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court for further proceedings.
