Decree of the Dutchess County Surrogate’s Court, in a discovery proceeding, awarding to the admimstrator the sum of $3,218.95 found to be in the possession of the appellant and belonging to the estate of John J. Kearney, Jr., together with the accrued interest thereon, unanimously affirmed, with costs to the respondent, payable out of the estate. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Seudder, Tompkins and Davis, JJ.
