IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Opinion of the Court,
filed on August 28, 2024, is corrected as follows: *** FOR PUBLICATION IN WEST’S HAWAI‘I REPORTS AND PACIFIC REPORTER ***
1. On page 4, on the fifth line from the top of the
page, the words “grant of summary judgment for PIJAC” should be
replaced with “denial of Plaintiffs’ motion for summary
judgment,” so that the text reads: “We therefore affirm the
environmental court’s denial of the State’s motion to dismiss
and its denial of Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment.”
2. On pages 56-57, the paragraph of section V should
be corrected by following these redline edits:
V.
