Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Katz appeals from a default entered against him as a result of failing to make discovery. Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.380 provides for an order of the court prior to imposing the ultimate sanction of default. Rashard v. Cappiali, 171 So.2d 581 (Fla.3d DCA 1965); Santuoso v. McGrath and Associates, Inc., 385 So.2d 112 (Fla. 3d DCA 1980).

Reversed and remanded.
