We affirm the final summary judgments granted in favor of Capeletti Brothers, Inc., and Beiswenger, Hoch & Associates, Inc., upon the authority of Easterday v. Masiel-lo, 518 So.2d 260 (Fla.1988); Edward M. Ckadboume, Inc. v. Vaughn, 491 So.2d 551 (Fla.1986); and Slavin v. Kay, 108 So.2d 462 (Fla.1958).
Affirmed.
